Processing
Every order is carefully prepared and checked before it leaves us. You will receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout.

Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Checkout also shows whether your order qualifies for the current free-shipping threshold.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and selected shipping service. They may also vary due to carrier capacity, public holidays, or events outside our control.
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will help you review the shipment status and next steps.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was entered incorrectly, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, we will review the next steps with you once the shipment is returned to us.
Returns and Withdrawal Rights
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will share the correct return address and next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If you shop as a consumer in Germany or the EU, you can generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
